Light the candle for 10-15 minutes to allow enough oil to form. Blow out the candle and pour the oil as desired. Because it is oil based the candle has a low burning point and stays warm so it can be poured on the skin immediately. Pour directly on skin or apply with fingertips to massage it in. Reapply as desired.

If you are burning Flame to use it as a massage oil you should let it burn for 15 minute increments before blowing it out and pouring it. If you are using it to infuse a room you can leave it to burn for longer. However you should never leave it to burn for longer than 3 hours at a time and you should never extinguish it with water.
Once you’ve blown it out, the candle requires no cooling time and is ready for immediate use due to its low burning point. You can either pour it into your palms first and then massage onto the body or pour it directly on the body or dip your fingers in it and apply on the body .
For best results always keep the wick trimmed at 1 cm. You can use scissors to trim the wick when the candle is cool. This will allow it to burn cleaner and more evenly. Ensure that wick trimmings do not accumulate in the candle.
