These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daleela mobile application, website, and related services operated by Motherbeing for Technology ("Daleela", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using Daleela, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Service Level Agreement (SLA), and Account Ownership Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
Access to Daleela features depends on age.
Period Tracker, AI assistant, and general educational programs are available to users aged 16 and older.
Medical consultations are available only to users aged 18 and older.
Sexual health educational programs are available to users aged 21 and older.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
Daleela provides digital health services, including an AI health assistant, asynchronous medical consultations with licensed doctors, reproductive health tracking tools, educational health programs, and token or subscription-based access to services.
Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
Daleela does not provide emergency medical services.
The platform does not replace in-person medical care.
AI responses and educational materials are informational only and should not be considered medical diagnoses or treatment instructions.
Doctors provide consultations independently based on the information submitted by the user.
Medical advice may be limited by the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
Users are responsible for seeking urgent medical care when necessary.
You agree to use Daleela lawfully and responsibly.
You must provide accurate information and use consultations only for legitimate health purposes.
You must treat doctors, staff, and other users respectfully.
If you submit information on behalf of another person, you must clearly disclose this and ensure the information is accurate.
You must not misuse the platform.
This includes attempting to hack or interfere with systems, impersonating others, reselling or commercially exploiting content, harassing or threatening users or staff, or submitting illegal, harmful, or misleading information.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
Payments for services are processed through third-party payment providers.
Daleela does not store full payment card details.
Subscription billing and renewal rules may be determined by the applicable payment provider.
Users remain responsible for applicable taxes, fees, or payment obligations.
Refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Daleela platform, including its software, designs, educational content, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by Motherbeing for Technology or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Content may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reused without permission.
Users retain ownership of their personal and health data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Daleela may perform maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes that temporarily affect availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Daleela may integrate services provided by third-party platforms or infrastructure providers.
Daleela is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of those external services.
Motherbeing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, as permitted by law.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for Daleela services during the six months preceding the claim.
You agree that Motherbeing is not responsible for claims arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or submission of false or misleading information.
Consultation response expectations and operational handling are governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Response times and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Daleela may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, fraud or abuse is suspected, legal obligations require action, or platform safety is at risk.
Termination does not cancel payment obligations already incurred.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Courts located in Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the platform.
