All Daleela products and services are digital and delivered immediately after purchase.
Once access is granted or a service begins, the purchase is considered delivered.
Partial refunds are not offered.
Refunds may be granted only if the request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase and the content has not been opened, streamed, downloaded, or accessed.
Unaccessed content remains unlocked according to the expiration terms.
